How secure is the storage location?▼
Our storage space is a secure, private house in Danang. It's air-conditioned to protect against humidity and heat. Items are stored carefully and organized. It's not a shared facility — it's a dedicated space managed with care.
What if something gets damaged or lost?▼
Every box comes with standard protection covering up to 2,000,000 VND. If something is damaged or lost while in our care, we will cover the cost of replacement or repair. We are not liable for cash, jewelry, or antiques. If you need to store items worth more than $500, please declare them when booking so we can discuss additional coverage. Your trust is everything to us.
What items can I store?▼
You can store most personal belongings: clothes, books, electronics, sports gear, and more. We don't accept perishable goods, hazardous materials, illegal items, or anything alive. If you're unsure, just ask us!
How much does it cost?▼
Storage starts at 250,000 VND/month per box. Box delivery and pickup within Danang are included. Contact us for details on larger items or custom needs.
Can I access my items anytime?▼
Yes — just reach out to us via WhatsApp and we'll arrange access or retrieval. We aim to be as flexible as possible.
