What Stashigo Is

Stashigo provides personal storage services for travelers, nomads, and anyone who needs a safe place to keep their belongings while they're moving or living elsewhere. We offer secure storage in Danang, Vietnam, with management through our app and direct support when you need it.

We are committed to caring for your items with the same care we would expect for our own.

Your Responsibilities

• •Packing: Pack your items carefully to prevent damage during transport and storage.
• •Labeling: Clearly label all items or boxes so we can identify them.
• •Prohibited Items: Do not store hazardous materials, perishables, flammable items, or anything illegal. Contact us if you're unsure.
• •Honesty: Provide accurate descriptions of what you're storing.
• •High-Value Items: If you store items worth more than $500, you must declare them when booking. Undeclared high-value items may not be covered under our standard protection.
• •Communication: Keep us updated with current contact information so we can reach you when needed.

Pricing & Payment

Storage pricing is calculated per box per month. Current rates start at 250,000 VND per month per box in our Danang location.

Pickup: We provide free local pickup in Danang area. International or distant pickups may incur additional costs to be discussed.

Payment: Payment terms and methods will be confirmed when you place your order. We accept standard digital payment methods.

Insurance & What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

Standard Protection: Every box stored with Stashigo includes standard protection covering up to 2,000,000 VND per box. This is included in your storage fee at no extra cost.

Exclusions: We are not liable for cash, jewelry, or antiques. Do not store items worth more than $500 without declaring them when you book. Undeclared high-value items may not be covered under our standard protection.

If something is damaged or lost: Contact us immediately. We will investigate and cover the cost of replacement or repair up to the protection limit. We treat this seriously because we understand how important your belongings are to you.

Our duty: We maintain the storage facility with care, keep items organized, protect them from weather and pests, and maintain climate control (air conditioning). We are responsible for reasonable care of your belongings while they are with us.

What If Stashigo Closes?

Stashigo is a small startup, and we're committed to operating for the long term. However, if circumstances force us to close:

• •All items will remain safe in the same secure location.
• •We will provide advance notice (at least 2 months) to all customers.
• •We will help coordinate retrieval and provide free storage during the wind-down period.

How to Retrieve or Manage Your Items

You can manage your stored items through our app or by contacting us directly:

• •Retrieval: Request pickup or retrieval through the app. Local Danang pickups are free; others may incur shipping costs.
• •Shipping: We can arrange national or international shipping at cost.
• •Sale: We can help sell items you no longer need.
• •Direct Contact: Email or WhatsApp us for any special requests.

As Stashigo grows, we may update these terms. We'll notify customers of any significant changes via email or through our app. Your continued use of Stashigo after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
